Sam Elkins is a native Houstonian who graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2018 with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering. He acquired his Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas School of Law in 2022 and has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 2022.

 

Between his years at Vanderbilt and in the year prior to attending UT Law, Mr. Elkins gained construction experience working on commercial construction projects for general contractors in and around Houston.

 

Mr. Elkins is an Associate Attorney at Ryan & Dawson.
